摘要
《中国制造2025》重点聚焦在十大领域,其中新一代信息技术产业把芯片列在首位。芯片对生产环境有非常高的要求,需要在洁净厂房内生产。洁净厂房对各项指标的要求都很高,不仅土建建制成本相比通用厂房高很多,而且其内部设有大量精密、昂贵的设备,一旦发生火灾,就会造成巨大的损失。文章结合具体工程实例对芯片洁净厂房消防相关设计面临的实际问题进行分析,以实现对相关工作的指导。
