简易身份快速识别工具在公共服务领域的应用

Application of Simple and Rapid Identification Tool in Public Service Field

在公共服务领域,迅速而准确的身份识别对于提高服务效率和确保安全至关重要。为改善身份识别工具在公共服务领域的工作流程和用户体验,本文研究设计了一种基于二维码的简易身份识别系统,该系统支持微信小程序操作。在A部门人员数据集下的性能测试中,研究所提出方法的识别准确率最高值为95.1%,高于指纹识别系统的90.3%和人工识别系统的90.1%。研究所提出方法的识别准确率最低值为70.1%,远高于指纹识别系统的57.7%和人工识别系统的55.6%。研究成果表明,该系统能够有效地帮助企业内的公共服务更好地进行目标人群管理。

In the field of public services,rapid and accurate identification is essential to improve service efficiency and ensure security.To enhance the workflow and elevate user experience of identity verification tools within the realm of public service sector,a simple identification system based on two-dimensional code is proposed,which supporting the operation for wechat mini program.In the performance test under the personnel data set of department A,the highest recognition accuracy of the proposed method is 95.1%,which is higher than that of the fingerprint recognition system(90.3%)and the manual recognition system(90.1%).The minimum recognition accuracy of the proposed method is 70.1%,which is much higher than that of fingerprint recognition system(57.7%)and manual recognition system(55.6%).The experimental results proved that the system can effectively help the public service in the enterprise to better manage the target population.
