设备舱元件高精度自动识别定位及智能松紧系统

摘要 受设备舱动态因素复杂性的影响,相关管理辅助系统的性能难以实现对其的高度适应,为此,提出设备舱元件高精度自动识别定位及智能松紧系统研究。将采用了全IP架构以及网络分布式技术的GF-KVM-HDF-IHDW可视化综合智能管理装置作为系统的核心硬件,利用设备舱状态数据的面残差实现对元件位置的定位,利用设备的应力状态实现对松紧状态的调节。测试结果表明,在不同测试场景下,设计系统功能运行输出对应的时间开销始终稳定在5.0s以内,具有良好的适应性。 Due to the complexity of dynamic factors in the equipment compartment,the performance of related management assistance systems is difficult to achieve high adaptation.Therefore,a high-precision automatic identification and positioning of equipment compartment components and an intelligent tightening system research are proposed.The GF-KVM-HDF-IHDW visual comprehensive intelligent management device,which adopts a full IP architecture and network distributed technology,will be used as the core hardware of the system.The residual of the equipment cabin status data is used to locate the component position,and the stress state of the equipment is used to adjust the tightness state.In the test results,under different test scenarios,the time cost corresponding to the design system's functional operation output has always remained stable within 5.0 seconds,indicating good adaptability.
