基于高校科研团队的创新创业人才培养模式探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 随着国家创新创业发展战略的有力推动,高校创新创业教育改革进入快速发展新时期。目前,高校还存在着创新创业教育意识不足、创新创业教学融入度不高、创新创业师资力量匮乏、实践教学体系不完备等问题。为促进创新创业教育高质量可持续发展,该文以高校自动化专业为例,通过分析高校创新创业教育主要特点和现存问题,提出基于高校科研团队的“科教融合、产教融合、赛教融合、理实融合”四个层次的创新创业教育体系,利用科研团队的优势资源、学术氛围、实践经验,有效促进学生的创新创业思维形成和创新实践能力提升,相关措施在自动化专业创新创业教育及复合型优秀人才培养中取得显著成效。 With the strong promotion of the national innovation and entrepreneurship development strategy,the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in universities has entered a new era of rapid development.At present,there are still some problems in universities,such as insufficient awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship education,low integration of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching,shortage of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,and incomplete practical teaching system.In order to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper,taking the automation major of universities as an example,analyzes the main characteristics and existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,and proposes an innovation and entrepreneurship education system based on the four levels of"integration of research and teaching,integration of industry and teaching,integration of competition and teaching,and integration of theory and practice"of the scientific research team.By using the superior resources,academic atmosphere,and practical experience of the scientific research team,the formation of innovative and entrepreneurial thinking and the improvement of innovative and practical ability can be effectively promoted.The relevant measures have made remarkable achievements in the innovative and entrepreneurial education of automation majors and the cultivation of composite talents.
