中医药调控自噬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine regulating autophagy in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)由于其具体机制不明,且因其发病多因素以及临床症状具有异质性,是一种复杂的内分泌代谢性疾病,近些年来通过调控自噬水平来治疗PCOS已经成为一个研究热点,且越来越多的研究发现,中医的针灸、中药单体及复方对于调控自噬水平具有显著疗效,其机制主要是通过干预自噬相关蛋白以及信号通路,降低激素、炎症水平以及胰岛素抵抗从而调控卵巢颗粒细胞的自噬水平,缓解PCOS患者的临床症状。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a complex endocrine and metabolic disease because its specific mechanism is unknown,and its pathogenesis is multifactorial and clinical symptoms are heterogeneous.In recent years,regulating the level of autophagy to treat PCOS has become a research hotspot,and more and more studies have found that acupuncture,monomer and compound of traditional Chinese medicine have significant effects on regulating autophagy level.The mechanism is mainly through the intervention of autophagy-related proteins and signaling pathways,reducing hormone,inflammation and insulin resistance to regulate the level of autophagy in ovarian granulosa cells,and alleviate the clinical symptoms of PCOS patients.
