针灸治疗脑卒中患者肢体运动功能障碍的临床疗效

Clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on limb motor dysfunction in patients with stroke

目的:将针灸治疗方法应用于脑卒中引发肢体运动功能障碍临床治疗中的效果进行分析。方法:将本院于2019年2月至2020年2月收治的脑卒中存在肢体运动障碍患者中筛选95例作为本次研究对象,计算机随机将其分为两组:常规训练的对照组和用针灸治疗的观察组。两组均予以常规肢体功能康复训练,观察组加用针灸治疗,对比不同治疗方案临床效果差异性。结果:观察组治疗有效率为95.83%,和对照组的82.98%相比组间差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前观察组日常生活能力评分(38.86±10.25)分和对照组(39.07±11.17)分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组日常生活能力评分(63.32±16.54)分高于对照组(52.96±16.71)分(t=3.037,P=0.003);治疗前观察组步态评估评分(40.26±3.58)分和对照组(40.11±2.23)分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组步态评估评分(78.33±4.52)分高于对照组(74.21±5.09)分(t=4.174,P=0.000)。结论:脑卒中患者发生肢体功能障碍在常规肢体功能康复训练同时应用针灸治疗,有助于提升治疗有效率,患者运动功能改善效果确切,值得应用于临床治疗中。

Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the clinical treatment of stroke-induced limb motor dysfunction.Methods:A total of 95 stroke patients with limb motor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups by computer.The control group treated with routine training and the observation group treated with acupuncture.Both groups were given routine limb function rehabilitation training,and the observation group was additionally given acupuncture and moxibustion,and the differences in clinical effects of different treatment programs were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%,which was significantly different from 82.98%in the control group(P<0.05).Significant difference(P>0.05),the ADL score of the observation group after treatment(63.32±16.54)was higher than that of the control group(52.96±16.71)(t=3.037,P=0.003);the FMA score of the observation group before treatment(40.26±3.58)There was no significant difference between the scores of the control group and the control group(40.11±2.23)(P>0.05).After treatment,the FMA score of the observation group(78.33±4.52)was higher than that of the control group(74.21±5.09)(t=4.174,P=0.000).Conclusion:For stroke patients with limb motor dysfunction,the application of acupuncture and moxibustion in routine limb function rehabilitation training can help to improve the treatment efficiency and the motor function of patients,which is worthy of application in clinical treatment.
