大型体育场馆健康监测数据处理与模型修正研究

摘要 亚洲杯昆山足球场环形屋盖支座刚度变化大、传力路径复杂,给施工带来了相当大的困难。为此,在对结构整体施工过程进行模拟分析的基础上,对环形屋盖关键力学参数进行健康监测和评估。基于EMD方法,对监测数据原始值进行解耦处理,得到滤除随机因素影响、反映施工加载变化的趋势项。结合解耦处理的监测结果,对结构整体的理论模型进行修正,最终得到与实际情况更接近的有限元模型,并以此指导后续施工,取得了良好的效果。在此基础上,总结了大型体育场馆健康监测数据处理与模型修改的方法,以期为类似工程提供参考。 The stiffness variation and complex force transmission path of the ring roof support of the Kunshan Football Stadium in the Asian Cup bring considerable difficulties to the construction.Therefore,based on the simulation analysis of the overall construction process of the structure,the key mechanical parameters of the ring roof are monitored and evaluated for health.Based on the EMD method,the original values of the monitoring data are decoupled to obtain the trend terms that reflect the changes in the construction loading and filter out the influence of random factors.Combined with the monitoring results of the decoupling process,the theoretical model of the overall structure is modified,and finally a finite element model closer to the actual situation is obtained,the subsequent construction is guided by it,and good results are achieved.On this basis,the methods of health monitoring data processing and model modification for large-scale stadiums are summarized,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
