摘要
为更好地控制超深地下连续墙施工过程中钢筋笼制作的质量,对钢筋笼的制作工艺进行了研究。针对特殊的HRB600型钢筋脆性较大的性能,采取先多次预热的措施;对超深地下连续墙钢筋笼采用2根主筋与吊点钢板相连的措施,确保钢筋笼起吊时吊点受力均衡;通过建模分析钢筋笼笼底受力情况,加强刚性接头在笼底处与钢筋的连接。通过上述措施,确保了钢筋笼的施工质量,积累的经验可供类似工程借鉴。
To better control the quality of steel cage in the construction process of ultra-deep diaphragm wall,the manufacturing process of steel cage is studied.According to the higher brittle performance of special HRB600-type reinforcement,the measures such as preheating multiple times are taken first;for the reinforcement cage of the ultra-deep diaphragm wall,two main bars are connected to the lifting point steel plate to ensure that the lifting point of the reinforcement cage is evenly stressed during lifting;by modeling and analyzing the stress situation at the bottom of the reinforcement cage,the connection between the rigid joint and the reinforcement at the bottom of the cage is strengthened.Through the above measures,the construction quality of the steel reinforcement cage is ensured,and the accumulated experience can be used as reference for similar projects.
