唐式斗栱竖向承载性能与施工工艺研究

摘要 斗栱是我国古建筑木结构中的代表性构件,具有重要的装饰价值与结构功能。对崇福观唐式斗栱的竖向承载性能与施工工艺进行研究,通过数值模拟与理论分析,研究了斗栱节点在竖向单调加载时的变形趋势、应力分布与荷载传递规律,结果表明:斗栱节点的整体变形主要是由栌斗受压屈服和下层栱构件的弯曲变形引起,华栱方向构件的应力与变形均大于泥道栱方向,斗栱的竖向荷载-位移曲线具有明显的变刚度特征。根据分析结果建立斗栱竖向刚度计算模型,并结合崇福观木结构建筑的施工经验,总结唐式斗栱的现场施工工艺,为古建筑木结构的设计施工提供参考。 Dougong is a representative component of wooden structures in ancient Chinese architecture,which has important decorative value and structural functions.The vertical load-bearing performance and construction technology of the Tang style dougong in the Chongfu Temple are studied.Through numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,the deformation trend,stress distribution,and load transfer law of the dougong nodes under vertical monotonic loading are studied.The results show that the overall deformation of the dougong nodes is mainly caused by the compression yield of the dougong and the bending deformation of the lower dougong components.The stress and deformation of the dougong direction components are greater than those of the mud dougong direction components.The vertical load displacement curve of dougong has obvious variable stiffness characteristics.Based on the analysis results,a vertical stiffness calculation model for dougong is established,and combined with the construction experience of Chongfu Temple wooden structure buildings,the onsite construction technology of Tang style dougong is summarized.It provides reference for the design and construction of ancient wooden structures.
