建筑工业化是行业发展的必然趋势,可有效解决建筑行业劳动力不足的现状,缩短工期,提高工程效率,提高PC构件的质量和性能。目前国内多家公司已在实施PC构件自动化生产模式的开发,通过工程实例介绍了PC构件生产中的模台清理、喷油和划线复合工序的自动化生产工艺及装置并详细介绍了生产过程。总结的经验可供今后类似工程借鉴。

Industrialization of construction is an inevitable trend in the development of the industry,which can effectively solve the shortage of labor in the construction industry,shorten the construction period,improve engineering efficiency,and improve the quality and performance of PC components.At present,many domestic companies have been implementing the development of automated production mode of PC components.Through engineering examples,the automation production process and equipment of mold cleaning,oil injection and line marking composite processes in the production of PC components are introduced,and the production process is detailed.The experience summarized can be used as reference for similar projects in the future.
