摘要
目前山区桥梁桥面板架设工艺主要采用专用架板机或门机在桥面上进行架设,具有安拆费用高,效率低等显著缺点。结合工程实际特点,提出履带吊上桥逐跨安装的施工工艺,通过特制的履带吊行走搭板结构,保证了履带吊荷载均匀传递至钢主梁上,实现桥面板在不受履带吊荷载的工况下完成桥面板架设的工作。解决了履带吊直接上桥对桥面板造成破坏的问题,为山区钢板组合梁桥面板架设提供了一种新的思路。
Currently,it is mainly used to erect the bridge deck slabs on the bridge deck using dedicated erection machines or gantry cranes,which has significant disadvantages such as high installation and demolition costs and low efficiency.Combining with the actual characteristics of the project,a construction process of installing the bridge deck slabs one by one on the bridge using a crawler crane is proposed.By using a specially designed crawler crane walking slab structure,it ensures that the load of the crawler crane is evenly transmitted to the steel main beam,and the bridge deck slab can be installed without being affected by the load of the crawler crane.It solves the problem of damage to the bridge deck slab caused by directly placing the crawler crane on the bridge,and provides a new idea for the installation of steel plate composite beam bridge deck slabs in mountainous areas.
