摘要 针对建筑工程施工过程,建立了施工现场能耗及室内外环境实时监测系统,对施工区、办公区、生活区的能耗及室内外环境进行了详细监测。分析对比了不同季节条件下施工现场总能耗的变化规律与特征,施工现场能耗的总体分布构成,办公区、生活区、施工区典型季节下的总能耗变化趋势与工休日差异情况以及三大区内分项能耗构成和分布,同时分析了施工现场室内外环境参数的变化趋势及施工现场能耗的影响因素,并对施工现场能耗与室外温度的关联性进行了表征。结果表明,施工现场每日小时总能耗呈现明显的“双峰”特性,供热季的能耗功率最大,其次是供冷季,最小的是过渡季。办公区、生活区与施工区的能耗占比分别为12%、62%与26%。食堂是生活区能耗的主要部分且没有明显的季节特征,空调能耗是办公区能耗的主要部分,施工区能耗没有明显的工休差异。 A real-time monitoring system for energy consumption and indoor and outdoor environment at the construction site is established for the construction process of building engineering.The detailed monitoring is conducted on the energy consumption and indoor and outdoor environment in the construction area,office area,and living area.The changes and characteristics of total energy consumption at construction sites under different seasonal conditions,the overall distribution composition of energy consumption at construction sites,the trend of total energy consumption changes and differences in work and rest days under typical seasons in office areas,living areas,and construction areas are analyzed and compared,as well as the composition and distribution of sub item energy consumption within the three major areas.At the same time,the trend of changes in indoor and outdoor environmental parameters at construction sites and the influencing factors of energy consumption at construction sites are analyzed,and the correlation between energy consumption at the construction site and outdoor temperature is characterized.The results show that the daily total energy consumption at the construction site exhibits a clear"double peak"characteristic,with the highest energy consumption and power during the heating season,followed by the cooling season,and the lowest during the transition season.The proportion of energy consumption in office,living,and construction areas is 12%,62%,and 26%,respectively.The cafeteria is the main part of energy consumption in the living area and does not have obvious seasonal characteristics.Air conditioning energy consumption is the main part of energy consumption in the office area,and there is no significant difference in work and rest energy consumption in the construction area.
