摘要
为降低ZJ17卷烟机烟支质量波动,以六西格玛DMAIC模型对卷烟机逐步分析,以确定影响烟支重量标偏的关键因子,通过实验设计优化关键因子来达到降低卷烟机烟支质量标偏的目的。研究效果表明,烟支质量标偏降低1.06 mg,烟支质量标偏达标率提高7.98%。该方法可为提高卷烟质量稳定性提供参考。
In order to alleviate the fluctuation of cigarette weight ZJ17 cigarette machine,the cigarette machine was analyzed step by step by Six Sigma DMAIC model to determine the key factors affecting cigarette weight deviation,and the key factors were optimized by experimental design to reduce cigarette quality deviation.The results showed that the standard deviation of cigarette weight reduced by 1.06 mg,and the cigarette quality standard deviation rate increases by 7.98%.This method can provide reference for improving the quality and stability of cigarettes.
