摘要
为避免混凝土搅拌机作业期间搅拌筒内的混凝土泄漏至筒外,并探究混凝土搅拌机轴端密封装置的优化设计方案。应用文献法与案例分析的方式,简单分析卧轴式混凝土搅拌机轴端密封装置的设计需求,并提出一种混凝土搅拌机轴端密封装置的优化设计方案。结果表明,依托材料的更新、补偿机构及密封结构的优化设计,实现对卧轴式混凝土搅拌机轴端密封装置的优化。说明通过设计并使用优化设计后的卧轴式混凝土搅拌机轴端密封装置,提升密封保护效果,实现对轴端密封装置有效使用年限的延长。
In order to prevent the concrete from leaking out of the mixing cylinder during the operation of the concrete mixer,and to explore the optimal design scheme of the sealing device at the shaft end of the concrete mixer.By using the method of literature and case analysis,this paper briefly analyzes the design requirements of the shaft end sealing device of the horizontal shaft concrete mixer,and puts forward an optimal design scheme of the shaft end sealing device of the concrete mixer.The results show that the shaft end sealing device of horizontal shaft concrete mixer is optimized by the renewal of materials,the optimization of compensation mechanism and the optimization design of sealing structure.It shows that through the design and use of the optimized shaft end sealing device of the horizontal shaft concrete mixer,the sealing protection effect is improved and the effective service life of the shaft end sealing device is extended.
