红二原油外输管道输送工艺优化研究

摘要 基于红二原油管道投产,根据红二线外输油品的性质和设备设施状况,运用SPS管网模拟软件分析管道在不同工况下的运行工况。通过软件模拟正常输量下管道的沿程温降和压降,并与实际运行数据进行比对分析,判断软件模拟数据的可靠性,并进一步模拟管道在不同工况下沿线最冷工况下的沿程温降和压降,比选确定出最优的运行方式,确保管线冬季安全平稳运行。 Based on the production of Honger pipeline for crude oil,according to the nature of external oil products and equipment conditions,the SPS pipeline network simulation software is used to analyze the pipeline operating conditions under different conditions.Through the software simulation of the temperature drop and pressure drop along the pipeline under normal output,and compared with the actual operation data,the reliability of the software simulation data is judged,the temperature drop and pressure drop of the pipeline under the coldest working condition are simulated,and the optimal operation mode is determined to ensure the safe and stable operation of the pipeline in winter.
