人工智能检测系统诊断肋骨骨折效能分析

摘要 分析并探讨数坤全自动肋骨骨折检测系统在肋骨骨折患者中的诊断与检测效果。选取2022年10月—2023年5月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九四二医院放射诊断科因胸部损伤行急诊CT扫描的260例患者为研究对象。实施常规医生判读CT扫描结果的为对照组,实施数坤全自动检测系统评估CT扫描结果的为观察组。观察并比较两组的诊断准确度、灵敏度、特异度、阴性预测值和阳性预测值。结果显示,与对照组比较,观察组肋骨骨折检出率明显更高(P<0.05),数坤全自动检测系统对肋骨骨折的诊断灵敏度、特异度、阴性预测值和阳性预测值均明显高于医生判读(P<0.05)。研究发现,数坤全自动肋骨骨折检测系统在肋骨骨折患者中的诊断效能显著,能有效提高CT扫描对肋骨骨折的检出率,降低临床上肋骨骨折的误诊或漏诊率,从而提高诊断效果,具有临床推广意义。 Analyze and explore the diagnostic and detection effects of the Shukun fully automatic rib fracture detection system in rib fracture patients.260 patients who underwent emergency CT scans for chest injuries in the Radiological Diagnosis Department of the 942nd Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People’s Liberation Army from October 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The control group received routine doctor interpretation of CT scan results,while the observation group received evaluation of CT scan results using the Shukun fully automatic detection system.Observe and compare the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specifi city,negative predictive value,and positive predictive value between the two groups.The results showed that compared with the control group,the detection rate of rib fractures in the observation group was signifi cantly higher(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity,specifi city,negative predictive value,and positive predictive value of the Shukun fully automatic detection system for rib fractures were signifi cantly higher than those judged by doctors(P<0.05).Research has found that the Shukun fully automatic rib fracture detection system has signifi cant diagnostic performance in rib fracture patients,effectively improving the detection rate of rib fractures in CT scans,reducing the misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis rate of rib fractures in clinical practice,and thus improving diagnostic effectiveness,which has clinical promotion signifi cance.
