大骨瓣减压术联合高压氧治疗危重型颅脑外伤患者的效果研究

A Study on the Effect of Large Bone Flap Decompression Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in the Treatment of Critically Ill Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury

摘要 探究大骨瓣减压术联合高压氧治疗危重型颅脑外伤患者的效果。回顾性选取2021年9月—2023年3月盘州市人民医院收治的50例危重型颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(实施标准外伤大骨瓣减压手术治疗,n=25)和观察组(实施标准外伤大骨瓣减压术联合高压氧治疗,n=25),比较两组患者临床各项指标。结果显示,治疗后,两组患者GCS、NIHSS、Barthel各项评分明显改善,且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者颅内压明显降低,且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率为92%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,大骨瓣减压术联合高压氧可有效治疗危重型颅脑外伤患者,可减轻患者炎性水平,降低患者颅内压力,改善患者预后,推荐使用于临床。 Exploring the effect of decompressive craniectomy combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on critically ill patients with traumatic brain injury.Retrospective selection of 50 critically ill patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to Panzhou People’s Hospital from September 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(treated with standard trauma large bone flap decompression surgery,n=25)and an observation group(treated with standard trauma large bone flap decompression surgery combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,n=25),and the clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.After treatment,both groups of patients showed significant improvements in GCS,NIHSS,and Barthel scores,with the observation group showing even more significant improvement(P<0.05);After treatment,the intracranial pressure of both groups of patients significantly decreased,and the observation group showed a more significant decrease(P<0.05);The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 92%,significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that large bone flap decompression combined with hyperbaric oxygen can effectively treat critically ill patients with traumatic brain injury,reduce inflammation levels,lower intracranial pressure,and improve patient prognosis.It is recommended for clinical use.
