微创输卵管开窗取胚术治疗宫外孕的疗效研究

The Therapeutic Effect of Minimally Invasive Fallopian Tube Fenestration and Embryo Retrieval Surgery in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

分析在宫外孕治疗中微创输卵管开窗取胚术的临床效果以及治疗前后患者血清β-HCG的变化情况。选取2020年10月—2022年10月在山东省临沂市蒙阴县人民医院就诊的86例宫外孕患者为研究对象,采用随机方法分组分析,43例予以微创输卵管开窗取胚术的患者纳入试验组,43例予以腹腔镜输卵管切除术者纳入对照组,对比治疗效果。研究发现,在宫外孕治疗中微创输卵管开窗取胚术价值较高,在血清β-HCG表达水平、手术创伤性、血清性激素、并发症方面均具有更佳优势,建议推广。

Analyze the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive fallopian tube fenestration and embryo retrieval surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,as well as the patient’s serum before and after treatmentβ-Changes in HCG.86 patients with ectopic pregnancy who received treatment at Mengyin County Hospital in Linyi City,Shandong Province from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Random method grouping analysis was conducted,with 43 patients who underwent minimally invasive fallopian tube fenestration and embryo retrieval surgery included in the experimental group and 43 patients who underwent laparoscopic salpingectomy included in the control group.The treatment effects were compared.Research has found that minimally invasive tubal fenestration and embryo retrieval surgery has a higher value in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,especially in serumβ-HCG expression level,surgical trauma,serum sex hormones,and complications all have better advantages,and it is recommended to promote.
