中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果研究

A Study on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bone Injury Techniques Combined with Modified Duhuo Parasitic Decoction in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

研究中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤加减在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的效果。选取102例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为牵引组51例和中医骨伤手法组51例,牵引组中,患者接受常规牵引疗法,中医骨伤手法组在使用中医骨伤手法治疗的同时加服独活寄生汤,加推拿、穴位刺激,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,中医骨伤手法组治疗总有效率为96.08%,牵引组治疗总有效率为82.35%,中医骨伤手法组治疗总有效率高于牵引组(P<0.05)。治疗后,中医骨伤手法组疼痛评分和功能评分均优于牵引组(P<0.05)。中医骨伤手法组患者细胞凋亡因子、炎症因子水平下降,白介素IL-6、TNF-α水平和Caspase-3、Caspase-9含量低于牵引组(P<0.05)。研究发现,中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤加减在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中可有效减轻患者炎症反应和疼痛,改善患者腰椎功能。

Study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine bone injury techniques combined with modified Duhuo Parasitic Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.102 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into a traction group of 51 cases and a traditional Chinese medicine bone injury technique group of 51 cases.In the traction group,patients received conventional traction therapy,while in the traditional Chinese medicine bone injury technique group,patients were treated with both traditional Chinese medicine bone injury techniques and added with Duhuo Parasitic Decoction,massage,and acupoint stimulation.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation group was 96.08%,and the total effective rate of the traction group was 82.35%.The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation group was higher than that of the traction group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain and functional scores of the traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation group were better than those of the traction group(P<0.05).the levels of apoptosis factors and infl ammatory factors in the traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation group decreased,while the levels of interleukin-6 and TNF decreased-αThe levels of Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 in the traction group were lower than those in the traction group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine bone injury techniques and modifi ed Duhuo Parasitic Decoction can effectively reduce infl ammation and pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation,and improve lumbar spine function.
