中医护胃降浊贴治疗慢性肾衰患者恶心呕吐的效果探究

Exploration of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Huwei Jiangzhuo Tie on Treating Nausea and Vomiting in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

探究中医护胃降浊贴治疗慢性肾衰患者恶心呕吐的效果。选取2022年6月—2023年6月肇庆市中医院收治的205例慢性肾衰竭患者为研究对象,按数字排序法将患者随机分为参照组(n=102)和观察组(n=103),参照组实施西医治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中医护胃降浊贴治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率为85.44%,明显高于参照组(70.59%),组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组饮食评分明显高于参照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组KPS评分明显高于参照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,将中医护胃降浊贴应用于慢性肾衰患者恶心呕吐中疗效十分显著,可缓解患者恶心呕吐等不适症状,改善患者饮食情况,具有较好的应用价值。

Exploring the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Huwei Jiangzhuo Tie in treating nausea and vomiting in patients with chronic kidney failure.205 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Zhaoqing Hospital of TCM from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a reference group(n=102)and an observation group(n=103)using a numerical sorting method.The reference group received Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received treatment with a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and gastric turbidity reducing plaster.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was 85.44%,significantly higher than that of the reference group(70.59%),and the difference in data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the dietary score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of traditional Chinese medicine stomach protecting and turbidity reducing patches has a significant therapeutic effect on nausea and vomiting in patients with chronic kidney failure.It can alleviate discomfort symptoms such as nausea and vomiting,improve patient dietary conditions,and has good application value.
