分娩球加自由体位护理和常规护理在初产妇助产护理中的临床应用效果研究

The Clinical Application Effect of Delivery Ball Combined with Free Position Nursing and Routine Nursing in Midwifery Care for Primiparous Women

探讨在初产妇助产护理中,采用分娩球加自由体位护理的价值,并分析该方案对产妇产程及疼痛程度的影响。选取2022年5月—2023年5月广宁县人民医院接收的100例初产妇作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施分娩球加自由体位护理,对比两组产妇分娩方式、宫缩发动时疼痛程度、产程、不良事件发生率、心理状态、分娩结局。结果显示,观察组顺产率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组宫缩发动时疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第一、第二、第三及总产程时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SDS评分、SAS评分及疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组分娩出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),两组新生儿Apgar评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究发现,在初产妇助产护理中采用分娩球加自由体位护理可缩短产程,减少出血量,降低不良事件发生率,值得借鉴与实施。

Explore the value of using delivery ball and free position nursing in midwifery care for primiparous women,and analyze the impact of this plan on the delivery process and pain level of primiparous women.100 primiparous women admitted to Guangning County People’s Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received delivery ball and free position care.The delivery method,degree of pain during contractions,labor process,incidence of adverse events,psychological status,and delivery outcomes of the two groups of women were compared.The results showed that the observation group had a higher rate of vaginal delivery than the control group(P<0.05);The pain level during the onset of uterine contractions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The first,second,third,and total labor process time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The SDS score,SAS score,and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had less childbirth bleeding than the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Apgar scores between the two groups of newborns(P>0.05).Research has found that using delivery balls and free position nursing in midwifery care for primiparous women can shorten the delivery process,reduce bleeding,and lower the incidence of adverse events,which is worth learning from and implementing.
