穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Injection in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

观察穴位注射对带状疱疹后遗神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)的临床疗效。选取2021年4月—2023年4月黔西南州中医院门诊及住院的40例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象,按照患者住院时间将其分成对照组和治疗组。所有患者均在接受甲钴胺、普瑞巴林胶囊治疗基础上接受中医治疗。对照组采用针刺+中药外用+放血疗法治疗,治疗组采用针刺+中药外用+放血疗法+穴位注射治疗(地塞米松磷酸钠注射液、盐酸利多卡因注射液、维生素B12注射液),对比两组患者的疼痛情况、睡眠改善情况和治疗效果。结果显示,治疗组VAS评分及QS评分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。研究发现,在临床诊断治疗中,穴位注射能有效改善带状疱疹后遗神经痛,治疗效果良好,值得在临床上推广。

Observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection on postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)after herpes zoster.Forty patients with postherpetic neuralgia were selected as the study subjects from the Outpatient and Inpatient Departments of Qianxinan Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of TCM from April 2021 to April 2023.They were divided into a control group and a treatment group based on their length of hospital stay.All patients received traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of receiving methylcobalamin and pregabalin capsules.The control group was treated with acupuncture+external application of traditional Chinese medicine+bloodletting therapy,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture+external application of traditional Chinese medicine+bloodletting therapy+acupoint injection(dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection,lidocaine hydrochloride injection,vitamin B12 injection).The pain,sleep improvement,and treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the VAS and QS scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Research has found that acupoint injection can effectively improve postherpetic neuralgia in clinical diagnosis and treatment,with good therapeutic effects and worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
