普罗雌烯阴道用软胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎和尿道炎的疗效评价

Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Proestrol Vaginal Soft Capsules in the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis and Urethritis

探究普罗雌烯阴道用软胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎和尿道炎的疗效。选择清镇市妇幼保健院2021年1月—2023年1月收治的500例老年性阴道炎和尿道炎患者为研究对象,按照随机分组原则将患者分成对照组和研究组,每组各250例。其中对照组采用阴道用乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组患者的基础上加用普罗雌烯阴道用软胶囊。对比两组患者的治疗效果、患者满意度及生活质量评分。结果显示,研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对于老年性阴道炎和尿道炎患者而言,应用普罗雌烯阴道用软胶囊治疗能够有效提升患者的治疗效果与生活质量评分,值得在临床上广泛运用。

Exploring the therapeutic effect of vaginal soft capsules containing prostaglandin in the treatment of senile vaginitis and urethritis.500 elderly patients with vaginitis and urethritis admitted to Qingzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 250 cases in each group.The control group was treated with live lactobacilli capsules for vaginal use,while the study group received an additional dose of proestrene vaginal soft capsules on top of the control group.Compare the treatment outcomes,patient satisfaction,and quality of life scores between two groups of patients.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),treatment satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group.The data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).A study has found that for elderly patients with vaginitis and urethritis,the use of vaginal soft capsules of prostaglandin can effectively improve the treatment effect and quality of life score of patients,and is worthy of widespread clinical application.
