中西医结合治疗模式对治疗急诊内科重症心力衰竭的临床效果分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment Model in the Treatment of Severe Heart Failure in Emergency Internal Medicine

分析和研究了现阶段中西医结合治疗模式对治疗急诊内科重症心力衰竭患者的临床效果。选取四川省泸州市西南医科大学附属中医医院急诊内科收治的98例重症心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组的方式,将患者分为对照组与观察组,其中对照组以常规西医治疗方式为主,观察组患者则是在常规西医治疗基础上,采取中医诊疗方式,对比两组患者在治疗后的各项参数和指标变化。需要注意的是在研究工作中,须及时对患者各项数据信息进行记录,减少数据误差问题的产生,以更好地保证数据精准性和有效性。研究发现,在对急诊内科重症心力衰竭患者进行治疗时,应用中西医结合治疗模式可快速改善患者心功能,及时缓解患者的临床症状,是目前在临床诊疗中可以广泛推广的治疗模式。

Analyzed and studied the clinical effects of the current integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment model on the treatment of severe heart failure patients in the emergency department.98 patients with severe heart failure admitted to the Emergency Department of The Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with the control group mainly receiving conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment.The changes in various parameters and indicators of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared.It should be noted that in research work,timely recording of patient data information is necessary to reduce the occurrence of data errors and better ensure data accuracy and effectiveness.Research has found that the application of a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of severe heart failure patients in the emergency department can quickly improve their heart function and timely alleviate their clinical symptoms.It is currently a widely promoted treatment model in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
