早期护理干预对血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响研究

A Study of the Effects of Early Care Interventions on Glycemic Control and Pregnancy Outcomes

探讨早期护理干预对妊娠糖尿病(gestational diebetes mellitus,GDM)患者血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响。选取遵义市第一人民医院收治的76例妊娠糖尿病患者进行研究,随机均分为两组。对照组(n=38)行常规护理,观察组(n=38)行早期护理干预,比较两组负性情绪、血糖水平、妊娠结局及生活质量。结果显示,干预前,两组负性情绪、血糖水平及生活质量比较无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组负性情绪(SDS、SAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组妊娠结局优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量(情绪状态、行动能力、沟通能力、物质生活)高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,早期护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者的血糖控制和妊娠结局具有显著影响。建议临床医生在患者确诊妊娠糖尿病后积极采取早期护理干预措施,以改善患者的血糖控制水平和妊娠结局,保障母婴健康。

To investigate the effects of early nursing intervention on glycemic control and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diebetes mellitus(GDM).A total of 76 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Zunyi City were selected for the study,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=38)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=38)underwent early nursing intervention,and the negative mood,blood glucose level,pregnancy outcome and quality of life of the two groups were compared.The results showed that there was no significant difference in negative emotion,blood glucose level and quality of life between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and after intervention,the scores of negative emotions(SDS and SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the blood glucose levels(fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the pregnancy outcome in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life(emotional state,action ability,communication ability,material life)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that early care intervention had a significant effect on glycemic control and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes.It is recommended that clinicians actively take early nursing interventions after the diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus to improve the patient’s glycemic control level and pregnancy outcomes,and protect the health of the mother and child.
