摘要
研讨神经内科护理中对脑卒中患者实施康复护理的临床价值。以2020年3月—2021年3月研究时限内收治的200例脑卒中患者为研究对象,经信封随机化分组模式将其均分为两组,100例患者采取基础护理,100例患者采取康复护理,护理后对两组患者依从性、神经状态和肢体功能程度以及生活质量进行评定。研究发现,神经内科护理中对脑卒中患者采用康复护理,可改善患者神经功能状态,提高生活质量,促进依从性的提升。
Discuss the clinical value of implementing rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients in neurology nursing.200 stroke patients admitted during the study period from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using envelope randomization.100 patients received basic care and 100 patients received rehabilitation care.After nursing,compliance,neurological status,limb function,and quality of life were evaluated for both groups of patients.Research has found that rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients in neurology can improve their neurological function,enhance their quality of life,and promote compliance.
