心脏外科手术患者手术室护理配合效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Nursing Cooperation in the Operating Room of Patients Undergoing Cardiac Surgery

研究手术室护理配合对于心脏外科手术患者的影响,观察并发症情况。选取黔西南州人民医院2020—2023年收治的30例接受心脏外科手术的患者为研究对象,按照动态分配的原理,将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各15例。对照组采用普通的护理方式,研究组采用手术室护理配合,对比两组患者的治疗效果和住院时间。结果显示,对照组治疗总有效率为60.00%,低于研究组的93.33%(P<0.05);对照组患者的平均住院时间为(18.5±1.4)d,研究组患者的平均住院时间为(12.5±1.4)d,对照组患者的平均住院时间长于研究组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对于心脏外科手术患者实施手术室护理配合,能有效促进患者术后康复,护理作用明显,应在临床上加以推广。

Study the impact of nursing cooperation in the operating room on patients undergoing cardiac surgery,and observe the incidence of complications.Thirty patients who underwent cardiac surgery at Qianxinan People’s Hospital from 2020 to 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of dynamic allocation,the patients were divided into a control group and a study group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing care,while the study group received cooperation from operating room nursing.The treatment effects and hospital stay of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%,lower than the 93.33%of the study group(P<0.05);The average hospitalization time of the control group patients was(18.5±1.4)days,while the average hospitalization time of the study group patients was(12.5±1.4)days.The average hospitalization time of the control group patients was longer than that of the study group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing nursing cooperation in the operating room for patients undergoing cardiac surgery can effectively promote postoperative recovery,and the nursing effect is significant.It should be promoted in clinical practice.
