急诊急救护理服务对输液患者突发病情变化的处理效果研究

Research on the Effectiveness of Emergency Nursing Services in Handling Sudden Changes in the Condition of Infusion Patients

分析急诊急救护理服务在处理输液患者突发病情变化方面的效果。选取2022年5月—2023年5月贵州省人民医院收治的70例输液患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组和B组。A组35例患者接受急诊急救护理服务,B组35例患者接受常规急诊护理。比较两组患者抢救时间、不良事件出现情况、SAS评分、SDS评分和患者满意度。结果显示,A组患者的平均抢救时间显著短于B组(P<0.05);A组患者的不良事件发生率明显低于B组(P<0.05);A组患者SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于B组(P<0.05);A组患者满意度评分显著高于B组(P<0.05)。研究发现,急诊急救护理服务能够发挥积极作用。通过缩短抢救时间、降低不良事件发生率、改善患者情绪状态和提高患者满意度,可以促进输液患者的康复,有助于病情稳定。因此,急诊急救工作中应加强对护理措施的改进和提升力度,以提供更高质量的护理服务。

Analyze the effectiveness of emergency emergency nursing services in handling sudden changes in the condition of infusion patients.70 infusion patients admitted to Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into Group A and Group B.35 patients in Group A received emergency care services,while 35 patients in Group B received routine emergency care.Compare the rescue time,occurrence of adverse events,SAS score,SDS score,and patient satisfaction between two groups of patients.The results showed that the average rescue time of Group A patients was significantly shorter than that of Group B(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events in Group A patients was significantly lower than that in Group B(P<0.05);The SAS and SDS scores of Group A patients were significantly lower than those of Group B(P<0.05);The satisfaction score of Group A patients was significantly higher than that of Group B(P<0.05).Research has found that emergency nursing services can play a positive role.By shortening the rescue time,reducing the incidence of adverse events,improving the emotional state of patients,and increasing patient satisfaction,the recovery of infusion patients can be promoted,which helps to stabilize the condition.Therefore,in emergency rescue work,efforts should be made to improve and enhance nursing measures in order to provide higher quality nursing services.
