The Effect of Integrating the Concept of Specialized Operations Assistant into Refined Management Mode on Reducing the Proportion of Drugs

探讨专科运营助理理念融入精细化管理模式对降低“药占比”的效果。以2021年1月—2022年1月为干预前对照组,2022年1月—2023年1月为干预后观察组,通过专科运营助理,统计黔西南州人民医院历年药占比及干预前后两组药占比及CMI值。结果显示,与干预前比较,干预后医院药占比下降1.51%,干预前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与干预前比较,干预后医院CMI值上升1.94,干预前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究发现,专科运营助理理念融入精细化管理模式对降低“药占比”的效果明显,但因受其他因素影响,具体数值还需进一步观察。

Exploring the effect of integrating the concept of specialized operation assistants into a refined management model on reducing the proportion of drugs.Using January 2021 to January 2022 as the pre intervention control gro up and January 2022 to January 2023 as the post intervention observation group,the proportion of drugs in Qianxinan People’s Hospital over the years,as well as the proportion of drugs in the two groups before and after intervention,and the CMI value were calculated through a specialist operations assistant.The results showed that compared with before intervention,the proportion of hospital drugs decreased by 1.51%after intervention,and the difference before and after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the CMI value of the hospital increased by 1.94 after intervention,and there was no statistically significant difference before and after intervention(P>0.05).Research has found that the integration of the concept of specialized operation assistants into a refined management model has a significant effect on reducing the proportion of drugs.However,due to other factors,the specific values still need to be further observed.
