摘要
针对某车载炮校瞄精度出现超差问题,通过故障树分析、分解复查相关零部件尺寸、尺寸链计算、计算紧固件拧紧力矩、仿真计算等多种手段,精准定位轴承间隙原因,耳轴装配预紧力为260 N·m时,超差问题得到解决;促使工艺流程及技术文件的更改,固化了技术状态,最终射击精度提高了2.78%,产品质量提升显著,确保产品保质保量交付客户,保证了后续客户试验的如期展开。
The work with aiming to accuracy of a Vehicle Howitzer was out of tolerance,by analyzing the failure tree,decompressing and rechecking the size of the relevant parts,size-chain calculation,calculating the tightening torque of fasteners,simulation calculation and other means,the cause of the problem was accurately located,when the truning assembly preload was 260 N·m,the overshoot problem was solved;it was aiming to make changes to process and technical documents,curing the technical state,the final shot accuracy was improved of 2.78%,the quality of equipment has improved significantly,it has ensured the timely delivery of combat test batch equipment to the troops,and the troops combat test on schedule.
