试验场数字路面模型建立及应用

摘要 数字化路面模型是车辆仿真试验中的主要外部激励源,其准确性直接影响分析结果的有效性。为构建某试验场典型路面数字模型,满足车辆仿真试验平台需求。利用车载激光设备进行路面高程数据采集,利用经验模态分解和3σ准则分别对原始数据的趋势项、奇异信号进行检测处理,通过平均周期图法进行功率谱密度估计,采用多倍频组合滤波方式进行功率谱密度平滑。利用谱密度和统计量验证了插值、重采样后的路面数据,并在基于QGIS二次开发的路面软件平台中完成路面模型的三维重构,在多体动力学软件中完成多轴特种车平顺性仿真分析。 Digital pavement model is the main external excitation source in vehicle simulation,its accuracy directly affects the accuracy of analysis results.In order to build a typical road surface digital model and meet the requirements of vehicle simulation test platform.Road surface elevation data was collected by vehicle laser equipment.The empirical mode decomposition and 3σcriterion are used to detect and process the trend term and singular signal of the original data respectively.The average period graph method is used to estimate the power spectral density,and the multi-frequency combined filtering method is used to smooth the power spectral density.The spectral density and statistics were used to verify the pavement data after interpolation and resample.The 3D reconstruction of the pavement is completed in the pavement software platform based on QGIS.The ride comfort simulation analysis of a multi-axle vehicle was carried out based on dynamics software.
