弹药安全性试验与评估技术研究进展综述

摘要 弹药在其全寿命阶段受振动、跌落、冲击、撞击、高温、静电等外界环境影响,不仅会使自身安全性降低,甚至引发事故,造成人员伤亡和财产损失。针对弹药在勤务过程中由于环境因素和在战争环境中受到敌方武器攻击发生安全事故的问题,梳理了国内外实施弹药安全性考核试验标准现状,阐述了弹药安全性全寿命阶段面临的环境威胁因素,分析了弹药安全性必要的考核内容,总结了安全性考核评估准则及程序,阐述了我国未来弹药安全性试验技术标准发展趋势,为未来弹药安全性试验与评估技术的发展提供参考。 In the whole life stage,ammunition is susceptible to vibration,drop,shock,impact,high temperature,static electricity and other external environmental influences,which not only reduces combat effectiveness,but may even lead to accidents caused by safety,resulting in casualties and property losses.In order to solve the problem of safety accidents of ammunition in the service process due to environmental factors and enemy weapons attacks in the war environment,the development status of ammunition safety assessment test standards at home and abroad was sorted out,the environmental threat factors faced by ammunition safety in the whole life stage were expounded,the necessary assessment contents of ammunition safety were analyzed,and the evaluation criteria and procedures for safety assessment were summarized.The development trend of ammunition safety test technology in our country is discussed,which provides reference for the development of ammunition safety test and evaluation technology in the future.
