摘要 本研究旨在燃气热水器的生产制造过程,通过数字化技术构建离散型智能制造新模式,提升智能制造的底层基础能力,并最终建立一座花园式智能制造工厂,在家用电器行业形成试点示范和推广效应。智能工厂的目标是解决数字化研发设计、产销协同管理、供应链协同管理、设备自动化及软硬件系统集成和智能生产等关键问题,从而实现高效率、高品质、低成本、快速交付和绿色环保的全价值链卓越运营。该研究符合中国制造成熟度的建设理念,并为厨卫行业的智能制造落地提供了成熟的解决方案。 This study aims to address the manufacturing process of gas water heaters by establishing a comprehensive discrete smart manufacturing model.The goal is to enhance the foundational capabilities of smart manufacturing and ultimately establish a garden-style smart factory that serves as a pilot demonstration and promotion in the household appliance industry.The smart factory is expected to tackle key issues such as factory automation construction,industrial software and hardware system integration,digital research and development design,supply chain collaborative management,production and sales coordination,and intelligent production.By achieving high efficiency,high quality,low cost,rapid delivery,and environmentally friendly operations throughout the entire value chain,this research strongly aligns with the principles of“Made in China 2025”and provides mature solutions for the implementation of intelligent manufacturing in the kitchen and bathroom industry.
