超高速电机转子碳纤维防护设计方法研究

摘要 随着超高速电机在家电领域不断的应用,电机转速不断提升,以清洁领域为例,吸尘器电机最高转速高达120000 rpm以上,电机在超高转速运行下,转子运行过程中会受到很大的离心力。由于转子材料的机械性能较其余部件差很多,因此转子防护设计尤为重要。碳纤维护套较金属护套比较具有质量轻、尺寸热稳定性好、无涡流等优势,因此本文对超高速电机转子碳纤维防护进行研究。 With the continuous application of ultra-high-speed motors in the field of home appliances,the motor speed continues to increase,taking the cleaning field as an example,the maximum speed of the vacuum cleaner motor is as high as 120000 rpm,and the motor is running at ultra-high speed,and the rotor will be subjected to great centrifugal force during operation.Since the mechanical properties of the rotor material are much worse than the rest of the components,the rotor protection design is particularly important.Compared with metal sheath,carbon fiber sheath has the advantages of light weight,good dimensional thermal stability and no eddy current,so this paper studies the carbon fiber protection of ultra-high-speed motor rotor.
