摘要
本文对冷凝式燃气热水器冷凝水堵塞风险处理现状,和目前烟道堵塞保护方式对比分析。展开冷凝器及堵塞逻辑设计,实验中通过调试冷凝水水位、保护转速等,进而验证其烟道堵塞风压值。结果表明冷凝水堵塞可与烟道堵塞共用风机转速来判断堵塞状态,该方法能满足标准要求,技术可行、成本更低。为冷凝水堵塞提供一种更加经济、可靠的处理方法。
This thesis is going to explore the possibility of adoption of method for smoke exhaust way blockage detection to the condensing water way of gas water heater through comparison on the measures,probing into the logic of condenser blockage protective design,verification on different air pressure value under smoke way blockage through regulation of the condenser water levels and the fan’s protective rotary speeds.Results of experiments show that the fan’s rotary speeds can be utilized to judge blockage situation on both the condensing water way and the smoke exhaust way,which obeys the mandate norm with viable and reliable technology at cheaper cost.
