V型与切向转子结构对电机效率影响研究

摘要 转子结构设计是高效永磁同步电机设计中的重要一环。使用有限元软件仿真分析,针对内置式永磁同步电机进行研究,建立了9S6P、12S8P、12S10P的切向式与径向式电机结构模型,并通过仿真对比了这两种结构的损耗及效率,考虑在不同槽极配合、不同应用场合下,探讨何种转子结构形式更优,为电机高效化设计提供参考。 Rotor structure design is an important part in the design of high efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor.Using finite element software to simulate and analyze,In this paper,the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied,and the structural models of 9S6P,12S8P and 12S10P tangential and radial motors are established.The loss and efficiency of these two structures are compared through simulation,and which rotor structure is better is discussed under different slot pole combinations and different applications,which provides reference for efficient motor design.
