Research and Manufacturing of Type A Residual Current Circuit Breaker Test Equipment

本文结合有关标准研究了A型剩余电流的特点,设计并研制了一种用于测试A型剩余电流闭合脱扣动作时间、突加脱扣动作时间和渐增电流等测试功能的测试仪,针对剩余电流动作特性试验过程中操作程序复杂的问题,用软件固化试验操作程序的方式简化了试验操作程序,规范了试验流程,并在传统测试仪的基础功能上增加了电压调节、50 Hz/60 Hz频率切换、剩余电流种类等试验参数设置功能,实际使用结果表明该测试仪测试参数准确、人机交互页面友好、操作简便、实用性强,显著提高了试验效率和检测质量。

This article combines relevant standards to study the characteristics of type A residual current,a testing equipment has been designed and developed for testing the closing release action time of type A residual current tripping,sudden release action time of type A residual current tripping,incremental current,and other testing functions.In response to the complex operation of residual current action characteristics testing,the use of software to solidify experimental procedures has simplified the experimental procedures and standardized the experimental process,.The actual use results show that the equipment is with accurate testing parameters,friendly human-machine interface,easy operatingand strong practicality,the test efficiency and test quality were significantly improved.
