Discussion on Testing the Temperature Rises of the Motor Windings for Range Hood

电机绕组温升是影响吸油烟机安全与可靠性的关键指标之一,GB 4706.1和GB 4706.28对其试验条件和判定要求进行了规定。实践中,由于电阻测量操作步骤、室温测量位置选择和烟管安装条件未作细致规定,导致测试结果偏差直接影响合格判定。本文通过对吸油烟机发热试验方法进行探讨和分析,指出现行要求存在的不足之处,并给出改进建议。

The temperature rises of the motor windings is one of the key indicator indicators affecting the safety and reliability of range hoods,and the test conditions and judgment requirements are specified in the National standard GB 4706.1 and GB 4706.28.In practice,due to the lack of detailed regulations on the operation steps of resistance measurement,the selection of room temperature measurement position and the installation conditions of hood pipe,the deviation of test results directly affects the qualification judgment.In this paper,the heating test method of range hood is discussed and analyzed,pointed out the shortcomings of the current requirements,and suggestions for improvement are given.
