目的研究张士舜主任医师运用补肾法治疗食管癌的经验。方法通过探求中医补肾理论与食管癌的渊源,肾的生理功能,肾虚的危害及其引起的症状,研究食管癌的辨证,提出滋补肾阴是治疗食管癌的关键。结果滋补肾阴治疗食管癌,如何滋补肾阴治疗食管癌?具体中药组方:君药为补肾中药,张老常用黄精、玉竹,两药合用是治疗食管癌主要补肾中药。臣药抗鳞癌中药,张老常用冬凌草、蛇六谷、泽漆、山豆根。此4味药根据具体情况选取其中2~3味药即可,以防产生耐药性。佐药旋覆代赭方,解决食管癌常见的进食不利症状。使药为黄芩,引药入食管,且其提取物中的黄芩素、黄芩甙能直接抑制食管癌细胞的分裂和增生。结论张士舜主任医师运用补肾法治疗食管癌,疗效显著。

Objective To study ZHANG Shishun's experience in treating esophageal carcinoma by tonifying kidney.Method By exploring the origin of the theory of tonifying kidney and esophageal carcinoma,the physiological function of the kidney,the harm of kidney deficiency and the symptoms caused by it,and studying the syndrome differentiation of esophageal carcinoma,the author pointed out that tonifying kidney Yin is the key to the treatment of esophageal carcinoma.Results How can nourishing kidney Yin method treat esophageal cancer?Specific traditional Chinese medicine recipe:monarch drug is kidney-tonifying traditional Chi-nese medicine,while ZHANG often uses Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)and Yuzhu(Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma).The two are the main drugs for treating esophageal cancer.The ministerial drug is anti squamous cell carcinoma,such as Donglingcao(Rabdo-siae Rubescentis Herba),Sheliugu(Amorphophalli Rhizoma),Zeqi(Euphorbiae Helioscopiae Herba)and Shandougen(Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix Et Rhizoma).2-3 of these 4 drugs should be selected according to the specific situation to prevent drug re-sistance.The assistant drug is Xuanfu Daizhe Formula(旋覆代赭方)which can solve the common adverse eating symptoms of e-sophageal cancer.The guiding drug is Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),guiding the medicine into the esophagus,and the baicalein and baicalin in its extract can directly inhibit the division and proliferation of esophageal cancer cells.Conclusion The method of tonifying kidney is effective in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma.
