王有鹏从“调畅三焦”角度论治寒地儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘

WANG Youpeng Treating Cough Variant Asthma in Children in Cold Regions from Perspective of“Regulating Sanjiao”

咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)是临床常见疾病,近年来其发病率不断攀升,给儿童的成长发育造成了巨大的困扰。王有鹏结合寒地发病特点,认为寒地儿童CVA的发病传变主要与上焦失于宣降,中焦失于运化、下焦失于疏调密切相关,故分别予散邪理肺、健脾化痰、肝肾同调的治疗,将“调畅三焦”贯穿于CVA治疗的始终。

Cough variant asthma(CVA)is a common clinical disease.In recent years,the incidence of CVA is increasing,causing great trouble to the growth and development of children.Combining with the characteristics of CVA in cold regions,Profes-sor WANG Youpeng believed that the transmission and change of CVA in children in cold regions was mainly related to upper Jiao failing to ascend and disperse,middle Jiao failing to transport and the lower Jiao failing to regulate.Therefore,the treatments of dispersing pathogenic factors to regulate lung,invigorating spleen and reducing phlegm and coordinating liver and kidney were re-spectively given,and“regulating Sanjiao”was used throughout the treatment of CVA.
