益气养阴活血汤联合奥美沙坦治疗高血压病合并冠心病和糖尿病患者疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction(益气养阴活血汤)Combined with Olmesartan in Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease and Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究益气养阴活血汤联合奥美沙坦治疗对高血压病合并冠心病和糖尿病患者的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月医院收治的120例高血压病合并冠心病和糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例),对照组给予奥美沙坦治疗,观察组给予益气养阴活血汤联合奥美沙坦。比较两组临床疗效、血压指标[一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、内皮素1(endothelin-1,ET-1)、舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)、收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)]、血糖控制情况[空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbAlc)]、炎性因子[超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C reactive protein,hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)]及不良反应。结果治疗后与对照组比较,观察组总有效率明显较高[91.67%(55/60)vs 78.33%(47/60),P<0.05],NO较高(P<0.05),ET-1、DBP、SBP均明显较低(P<0.05),FPG、2 h PG、HbAlc均明显较低(P<0.05),hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均明显较低(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义[8.33%(5/60)vs 5.00%(3/60),P>0.05]。结论益气养阴活血汤联合奥美沙坦治疗对高血压病合并冠心病和糖尿病患者具有较好的临床疗效,可改善血压指标,控制血糖水平,下调炎性因子水平,安全性好。

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction(益气养阴活血汤)combined with olmesartan on hypertension patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes.Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertension complicated by coronary heart disease and diabetes who were treated in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases).The control group was treated with olmesartan.The observation group was given Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with olmesartan.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure indicators[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)],blood glucose control[fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)],and inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group had a significantly higher total effective rate[91.67%(55/60)vs 78.33%(47/60),P<0.05],higher NO(P<0.05)and significantly lower levels of ET-1,DBP and SBP(P<0.05).The levels of FPG,2 h PG and HbAlc were significantly lower(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups[8.33%(5/60)vs 5.00%(3/60),P>0.05].Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with olmesartan has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease and diabetes.It can improve blood pressure indicators,control blood sugar levels and down-regulate inflammatory factor levels,with good safety.
