参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗Ⅲb~Ⅳ期胃癌患者的疗效及机制

Efficacy and Mechanism of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection(参芪扶正注射液)in Adjuvant Treatment of Patients with StageⅢb-ⅣGastric Cancer

目的探讨参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗Ⅲb~Ⅳ期胃癌患者的疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2022年1月该院收治的Ⅲb~Ⅳ期胃癌患者118例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(伊立替康、亚叶酸钙及氟尿嘧啶)和观察组(对照组的基础上予以参芪扶正注射液),各59例。对比两组治疗前后肿瘤标志物、外周血细胞、健康调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)评分及免疫功能,治疗后临床疗效。结果治疗后,与对照组比较,临床总有效率观察组相对更高;两组外周血CD_(8)^(+)、血清糖类抗原199(carbohydrate antigen 199,CA199)、癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)、糖类抗原724(carbohydrate antigen 724,CA724)水平治疗后与治疗前比均降低,观察组低于对照组;两组外周血CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)水平、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)值以及生活质量各项评分则均升高,观察组高于对照组;外周血白细胞(white blood cells,WBC)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)、中性粒细胞计数(neutrophil count,NC)、血小板(platelet,PLT)水平,两组治疗后与治疗前比较,均降低,比较观察组与对照组治疗后数据可知,前者均更高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论Ⅲb~Ⅳ期胃癌患者采用参芪扶正注射液进行辅助治疗,可有效改善免疫功能,控制其机体内的肿瘤标志物水平,缓解因化疗而产生的血液毒性反应,还可提高治疗效果以及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection(参芪扶正注射液)in adjuvant treatment of patients with stageⅢb-Ⅳgastric cancer.Methods A total of 118 patients with stage IIIb-IV gastric cancer who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group(irinotecan,leucovorin and fluorouracil)and observation group(on the basis of the control group combined with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection)according to the random number table method,59 cases in each.The tumor markers,peripheral blood cells,the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score and immune function before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with that of the control group,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was relatively higher.The levels of peripheral blood CD_(8)^(+),serum carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724)in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The peripheral blood levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)and quality of life scores in both groups increased,and the scores and levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The levels of white blood cells(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),neutrophil count(NC)and platelet(PLT)in peripheral blood of the two groups were lower after treatment than those before treatment.It can be seen from the data comparison between the observation group and the control group that the former was higher after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can effectively improve the immune function,control the levels of tumor markers in the body,relieve the hematological toxicity caused by chemotherapy and improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients with stage IIIb-Ⅳgastric cancer.
