苍山理脾开胃方结合针刺四缝穴治疗儿童厌食症(脾失健运型)临床观察

Clinical Effect of Cangshan Lipi Kaiwei Formula(苍山理脾开胃方)Combined with Acupuncture at Sifeng(EX-UE10)on Anorexia in Children(Dysfunction of Spleen in Transportation Type)

目的观察苍山理脾开胃方结合针刺四缝穴治疗儿童厌食症(脾失健运型)临床效果。方法研究纳入恩施州民族医院儿科收治的儿童厌食症(脾失健运型)共计92例(2021年1月—2022年6月),将92例患儿随机平均分为对照组与观察组,对照组46例患儿采取双歧四联活菌片治疗;观察组46例患儿采取双歧四联活菌片及苍山理脾开胃方、针刺四缝穴治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后儿童中医证候积分(厌恶进食、嗳气泛恶、胸脘痞闷、大便不调等)变化、胃排空1/2时间变化及药物不良反应。结果与对照组患儿(82.61%,38/46)比较,观察组患儿治疗总有效率(95.65%,44/46)更高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿中医证候积分(厌恶进食、嗳气泛恶、胸脘痞闷、大便不调等)、胃排空1/2时间等指标比较(P>0.05),治疗后两组患儿中医证候积分(厌恶进食、嗳气泛恶、胸脘痞闷、大便不调等)、胃排空1/2时间、等指标均改善,观察组患儿治疗后中医证候积分(厌恶进食、嗳气泛恶、胸脘痞闷、大便不调等)、胃排空1/2时间等指标均比对照组更佳(P<0.05);对照组1例恶心,观察组1例腹泻(P>0.05)。结论儿童厌食症(脾失健运型)采取苍山理脾开胃方与针刺四缝穴结合治疗临床效果显著,患儿症状改善,恢复较好,且较为安全可靠,值得应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Cangshan Lipi Kaiwei Formula(苍山理脾开胃方)combined with acupuncture at Sifeng(EX-UE10)on anorexia in children(dysfunction of spleen in transportation type).Methods A total of 92 children with anorexia(dysfunction of spleen in transportation type)admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were enrolled in this study.The children were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and 46 children in the control group were treated with bifidquadruple viable tablets.The other 46 children in the observation group were treated with bifidquadruped viable bacteria tablets,Cangshan Lipi Kaiwei Formula and acupuncture at Sihe(EX-UE10).The clinical efficacy,changes in children′s TCM syndrome scores(aversion to eating,belching,abdominal distension and irregular bowel movements)before and after treatment,changes in 1/2 time of gastric emptying,and adverse drug reactions were observed.Results Compared with that of the control group(82.61%,38/46),the observation group had a higher total effective rate(95.65%,44/46)(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes(aversion to eating,belching,abdominal distension and irregular bowel movements)and the time for gastric emptying(1/2)were not significant between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes(aversion to eating,belching,abdominal distension and irregular bowel movements)and the time for gastric emptying(1/2)were improved in two groups.After treatment,the observation group showed better scores of TCM syndromes(aversion to eating,belching,abdominal distension and irregular bowel movements)and 1/2 time of gastric emptying compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was 1 case of nausea in the control group and 1 case of diarrhea in the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Cangshan Lipi Kaiwei Formula combined with acupuncture at Sihe(EX-UE10)in the treatment of anorexia in children(dysfunction of spleen in transportation type)is significant.The symptoms of children are improved and the recovery is good,and it is safe and reliable,which is worthy of application.
