射频导管消融对心房颤动合并心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

Impact of Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation on Cardiac Function in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation Complicated with Heart Failure

目的探讨射频导管消融对心房颤动合并心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2022年9月本院收治的150例心房颤动合并心力衰竭患者,按照奇偶顺序分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用药物治疗,观察组采用射频导管消融。比较两组的心功能。结果治疗后,观察组LAD、LVEDD、LVESD、NT-proBNP低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组心功能分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论射频导管消融治疗心房颤动合并心力衰竭患者可改善其心功能。

Objective To explore the impact of radiofrequency catheter ablation on cardiac function in patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with heart failure.Methods 150 patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to parity order.The control group was treated with drugs,and the observation group was treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation.The cardiac function was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the LAD,LVEDD,LVESD and NT-proBNP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the LVEF was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cardiac function grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Radiofrequency catheter ablation can improve the cardiac function of patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with heart failure.
