不同内固定螺钉进钉方向治疗踝关节骨折的效果比较

Comparison on the Effects of Different Internal Fixation Screw Insertion Directions in the Treatment of Ankle Fractures

目的探讨不同内固定螺钉进钉方向治疗踝关节骨折的效果。方法选取我院收治的82例踝关节骨折患者,均实施螺钉内固定,根据进钉方向不同分为对照组(41例,由前向后予以固定)与研究组(41例,由后向前予以固定)。比较两组的治疗效果、骨折愈合情况、踝功能。结果研究组术后住院时间及骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组骨折愈合和踝功能优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论后外侧入路固定治疗踝关节骨折中,螺钉采取由后向前固定的进钉方向临床效果优于由前向后固定,骨折愈合更快,踝关节恢复功能更佳。

Objective To explore the effects of different internal fixation screw directions in the treatment of ankle fractures.Methods 82 patients with ankle fractures admitted to our hospital were treated with screw internal fixation and divided into control group(41 cases,anterior posterior fixation)and study group(41 cases,posterior anterior fixation)according to different screw insertion directions.The treatment effect,fracture healing and ankle function were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rates of fracture healing and ankle function in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of ankle fractures through the posterior lateral approach,the posterior anterior fixation direction for screws has better clinical effect than that of anterior posterior fixation,resulting in faster fracture healing and better recovery of ankle joint function.
