摘要
目的探讨小儿肺炎超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)及白细胞计数(WBC)表达水平与联合检测的意义。方法将90例小儿肺炎患儿纳入观察组,另选择同期体检的90名健康儿童纳入对照组。检测两组的hs-CRP、ESR及WBC表达水平,统计各项指标的阳性与阴性表达情况,比较单独与联合检测对小儿肺炎的诊断效能。结果观察组hs-CRP、ESR、WBC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。κ检验结果显示,hs-CRP、ESR及WBC单独检测结果与临床诊断结果具有一般的一致性(κ=0.742、0.727、0.713,P<0.05);联合检测结果与临床诊断结果具有高度一致性(κ=0.903,P<0.05)。hs-CRP、ESR及WBC联合检测诊断小儿肺炎的灵敏度、特异性与准确率均高于各指标单独检测(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎患儿患病期间hs-CRP、ESR及WBC均呈现明显升高趋势,hs-CRP、ESR及WBC联合检测可提高小儿肺炎的诊断准确率。
Objective To explore the significance of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and white blood cell count(WBC)expression levels and combined detection in children with pneumonia.Methods 90 children with pneumonia were selected as observation group,and another 90 healthy children with physical examination at the same time were selected as control group.The hs-CRP,ESR and WBC expression levels of two groups were detected,the positive and negative expressions of indicators were counted,and the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined detection for children with pneumonia was compared.Results The CRP,ESR and WBC levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).κtest results showed that the single detection results of hs-CRP,ESR and WBC were generally consistent with the clinical diagnosis results(κ=0.742,0.727,0.713,P<0.05);The combined detection results have high consistency with the clinical diagnosis results(κ=0.903,P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection of hs-CRP,ESR and WBC in the diagnosis of children with pneumonia were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions During the onset of children with pneumonia,hs-CRP,ESR and WBC showed a significant upward trend.Combined detection of hs-CRP,ESR,and WBC can improve the diagnostic accuracy of children with pneumonia.
