聚焦解决模式在结直肠癌化疗患者护理中的应用及对其心理状态与不良反应风险的影响

摘要 目的探讨聚焦解决模式在结直肠癌化疗患者护理中的应用效果及对其心理状态与不良反应风险的影响。方法将120例结直肠癌患者随机为两组,对照组化疗期间采用常规护理,观察组采用聚焦解决模式护理。比较两组患者的心理状态、依从性及不良反应情况。结果护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总依从率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。观察组化疗期间不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的18.33%(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式应用于结直肠癌化疗患者护理中可改善患者的心理状态,提高其化疗依从性,降低化疗期间不良反应风险。 Objective To explore the application effect of focused solution model in the nursing of colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients and the impact on psychological state and adverse reaction risk.Methods 120 colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing during chemotherapy,and the observation group received focused solution model nursing.The psychological state,compliance and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during chemotherapy in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 18.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Focused solution model in the nursing of colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients can improve the psychological state and chemotherapy compliance,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions during chemotherapy.
