舒适护理对脊柱手术患者应激反应及术中风险事件的影响

Impact of Comfort Nursing on Stress Response and Intraoperative Risk Events in Patients Undergoing Spinal Surgery

目的探讨舒适护理对脊柱手术患者应激反应及术中风险事件的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2023年1月我院收治的100例脊柱骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组于围术期进行常规护理,观察组应用舒适护理。比较两组的应激反应指标[心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)]、术中风险事件发生率及护理满意度。结果术毕,观察组HR、MAP、NE水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术中风险事件发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的14.00%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在脊柱手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果较好,可稳定患者生命体征,减少应激反应,降低术中不良事件风险,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of comfort nursing on stress response and intraoperative risk events in patients undergoing spinal surgery.Methods 100 patients with spinal fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period,while the observation group received comfort nursing.The stress response indicators[heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),norepinephrine(NE)],incidence of intraoperative risk events,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,the HR,MAP and NE levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative risk events in the observation group was 2.00%,lower than 14.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing in perioperative care of spinal surgery patients has better application effect,which can stabilize the patients'vital signs,reduce the stress reactions,lower the intraoperative risk of adverse events,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree.
