盐酸左西替利嗪口服溶液联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征的临床效果及对Th17/Treg的影响

Clinical effect of levocetirizine hydrochloride oral solution combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome and its influence on Th17/Treg

目的探讨盐酸左西替利嗪口服溶液联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征的临床效果及对辅助性T17细胞(Th17)/调节性T细胞(Treg)的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2022年3月收治的120例过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加盐酸左西替利嗪口服溶液。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的过敏性鼻炎症状评分低于对照组,哮喘控制测试评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均低于对照组,干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Th17、Th17/Treg低于对照组,Treg高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸左西替利嗪口服溶液联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征可有效改善患者临床症状,减少炎性因子释放,改善Th17/Treg水平,值得推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of levocetirizine hydrochloride oral solution combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome and its influence on T helper cell 17(Th17)/regulatory T cell(Treg).Methods A total of 120 patients with combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome admitted from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,and the observation group was additionally treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride oral solution.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the symptom score of allergic rhinitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of asthma control test was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin E(IgE)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the interferon-γ(IFN-γ)level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Th17 and Th17/Treg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the Treg was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levocetirizine hydrochloride oral solution combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the release of inflammatory factors,and improve the level of Th17/Treg,which is worthy of promotion and application.
