家庭跟进式护理结合全人照护管理模式对肺炎患儿治疗依从性及心理状态的影响

Effects of family follow-up nursing combined with whole-person nursing management mode on treatment compliance and psychological state of children with pneumonia

目的探究家庭跟进式护理结合全人照护管理模式对肺炎患儿治疗依从性及心理状态的影响。方法选择2019年9月至2021年12月收治的148例肺炎患儿为研究对象,根据护理方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各74例。对照组接受全人照护管理模式,观察组在对照组护理方案基础上加施家庭跟进式护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的治疗总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预2周后,观察组的儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预2周后,观察组的脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、分钟通气量(MV)高于对照组,呼吸频率(RR)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭跟进式护理结合全人照护管理模式能改善肺炎患儿的心理状态,提高治疗依从性,促进呼吸功能恢复。

Objective To explore the effects of family follow-up nursing combined with whole-person nursing management mode on treatment compliance and psychological state of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 148 children with pneumonia admitted from September 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan,with 74 cases in each group.The control group received whole-person nursing management mode,and the observation group received family follow-up nursing on the basis of the nursing program of control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)and Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children(DSRSC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the pulse oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))and minute ventilation(MV)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the respiratory rate(RR)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family follow-up nursing combined with whole-person nursing management mode can improve the psychological state of children with pneumonia,improve treatment compliance,and promote the recovery of respiratory function.
